Blackjack is usually played with a 52-card deck of 1 to 8 at a table with 2 to 7 players. The value shown on all number cards (2-10) is scored. Face cards (Jack, Queen, King) are worth 10 points, but Aces can be worth 1 point or 11 points.
All players place bets in their betting positions, often referred to as “boxes”, at the start of each round. All players are dealt two face-up cards in front of each betting place after bets have been placed. The dealer is dealt 2 cards. 안전놀이터 One is the front and the other is the back.

Other options available at hand
Besides the basic regulations, most casinos offer some additional options for players in certain scenarios. We recommend that you review the House Rules for more information about generally accepted possibilities.
split
If the first two cards are pairs, players may split them, resulting in two hands rather than one per normal sheet. Players must fund the split by placing a second stake of the same value as the first stake.
double down
Players can double their bet while hitting after getting the first two cards. If doubled down, the player gets only one extra card and cannot hit again. Most casinos allow cards to be split again if the second card is a different pair, but other casinos limit the number of times a player can split.
insurance
If the dealer’s upcard is an ace, the player offers insurance as a side bet. This protects the player from the dealer’s “blackjack” and allows the hand to break even if the dealer’s cards total 21. Insurance is applied before the dealer checks the cards on the back.
surrender
Players can choose to surrender if they fear they won’t be able to hold the dealer’s hand. Players using this technique risk losing only half of their bet, not the whole, if they hold hands.
Players may lose their hand before receiving additional cards.
back bet
Side bets, also known as ‘behind the bets’, are available in busy live casinos. This is where an unlimited number of individuals bet on and win a hand on the main 7 player.
